Returns information will be included in your parcel, once received. 

Please mark the items you are returning, with a reason why, pop this into your parcel and post back to the address instructed. 

All items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn/unwashed, unmarked/undamaged, with labels still attached. For hygiene purposes regarding underwear especially, if it's clear or we suspect you haven't followed the above rules we will refuse refund and return your items back to you. 

If, in the unlikely case, your item is faulty, please contact us first to resolve the situation. 

You have 28 days from when your item is posted to return your item.

Should you choose to have an item personalised, specifically tailored or made to order for you, then normal consumer rights do not cover you. Once you have completed your order, you cannot return this item.
