  • When will I receive my order?
    All your items are handmade to order and we aim to have your orders with you within 3-7 working days (excluding bank holidays & Sundays). CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT OFF - Tuesday 13th December 12pm Please check our delivery page for more information.
  • Can I return an item?
    We offer a 14 day returns policey on all items. PLEASE READ UR DELIVERY & RETURNS PAGE FOR INFORMATION. To avoid any disappointment please carefully read our size guide and our product care guide.
  • What payment types are accepted?
    Credit card, Debit card, Klarna and Paypal are all accepted.
  • Will my product be exactly as photographed?
    As each item is handmade no two items will be exactly the same. Due to stock levels and fabric quantities we may not have the exact banding colour available: in this case we will pair your item with a complimentary colour when we make up your item.
  • Where can we find you?
    Our office and workroom are based in Botwnnog, a little village in North Wales. Our products are currently only available here on our website or in one of our stockists. You can see our current stockists on our social media or our stockists page.
